oh all right, if you insist. A dark chocolate mousse spiked with orange, a dome of chocolate sponge filled with an intense bitter chocolate-expresso sauce, white chocolate ice cream with nutmeg, a square of incredibly rich chocolate gateau split and sandwiched with praline ganache, disks of dark, milk, and white chocolate with pink peppercorns or cardamom seeds (odd, but it worked wonderfully), and cherries, still on their stalks, dipped in chocolate. Heaven.
